STEP 2:
Submit to us via email the following:

Completed PRC License Renewal Form

Completed PRC Authorization Letter
-
One 2x2 Passport Photo

STEP 3
UAP National will assess the license renewal application and its related cost. We will let you know the determination so you can prepare a check payable to UAPCAL 116.

STEP 4
Upon receipt of payment, your PRC renewal will be processed. Processing times will vary.
If your timeline for license renewal needs immediate attention, we suggest looking into renewing online using the PRC website at https://www.prc.gov.ph/pic-renewal.
