RENEWAL ASSISTANCE PROCEDURE
Becoming a member makes it easier to renew your Philippine license.
We can provide assistance for your PRC renewal.

STEP 1
Be a UAP member in good standing

STEP 2:
Submit to us via email the following:

Completed PRC License Renewal Form
-
Completed PRC Authorization Letter
-
One 2x2 Passport Photo

STEP 3
UAP National will assess the license renewal application and its related cost. We will let you know the determination so you can prepare a check payable to UAPCAL 116.

STEP 4
Upon receipt of payment, your PRC renewal will be processed. Processing times will vary.
